Craft Beer Return Policy
At Chronicle Brewing Company, we take pride in the quality of our craft beer. Due to provincial alcohol regulations, all beer sales are final once they leave our premises.
Damaged or Defective Beer
If you receive beer that is damaged or appears spoiled, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your receipt. We may offer a replacement or store credit. Photos or a return of the product may be required.
Merchandise
Non-alcoholic items (like apparel or glassware) can be exchanged or returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition, with proof of purchase.
