    Q: Do you offer free shipping?
    A: Yes! We offer free shipping to select regions in Ontario, Canada on orders of 12 cans or more.


    Q: What areas qualify for free shipping?
    A: Free shipping is available to the following areas:

    Toronto, Uxbridge, Stouffville, Newmarket, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville, Courtice, Newcastle, Port Hope, Peterborough, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, St. Catharines, Guelph, Cambridge, and Kitchener-Waterloo, Ottawa, London.


    Q: How often do you deliver?
    A: Deliveries are made through our third party couriers on a weekly basis, with orders picked up on Tuesdays. You can expect your order to arrive within one week or sooner from the pick up date.


    Q: What if I’m outside your free delivery area?
    A: Due to the limitations of our courier services, we cannot ensure delivery to every part of Ontario. If we are unable to deliver to your area, we will initiate a refund.


    Q: Can I request a refund?
    A: At Chronicle Brewing Company, we take pride in the quality of our craft beer. Due to provincial alcohol regulations, all beer sales are final once they leave our premises.

    If you receive beer that is damaged or appears spoiled, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your receipt. We may offer a replacement or store credit. Photos or a return of the product may be required.

    Non-alcoholic items (like apparel or glassware) can be exchanged or returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition, with proof of purchase.
