Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free local delivery within 15 km of Chronicle Brewery with a minimum order of 4 cans. For deliveries beyond 15 km, delivery charges apply based on distance and order quantity. Licensed deliveries are subject to separate terms and conditions.
Q: How often do you deliver?
A: Deliveries are made through our third party couriers on a weekly basis, with orders picked up on Tuesdays. You can expect your order to arrive within one week or sooner from the pick up date.
Q: What if I’m outside your free delivery area?
A: Due to the limitations of our courier services, we cannot ensure delivery to every part of Ontario. If we are unable to deliver to your area, we will initiate a refund.
Q: Can I request a refund?
A: At Chronicle Brewing Company, we take pride in the quality of our craft beer. Due to provincial alcohol regulations, all beer sales are final once they leave our premises.
